2011 'Night Of Giving' raises over $13,000!
Our 3rd annual ‘Night Of Giving’ gala fundraiser once again brought out the best in people. Held on May 7 at Meadowlark Country Club in Huntington Beach, we were blessed with over 170 humanitarians including the founders of our 2011 partners: John Rose of WavesforWater & Adam Kalma of Give Global. Also in attendance was fellow supporter of WavesforWater the one & only Pamela Anderson along with a host of action sports enthusiasts, many of whom attended their 2nd & 3rd consecutive ‘Night Of Giving’!
2011 once again brought a lil Vegas to town with a craps table, blackjack tables, & a roulette. As for audio entertainment we invited back 2-time best OC acoustic nominee Bryan ‘Skee’ with his blend of folk rock & searing vocals. Topping the bill was everyone’s favorite: the Beatles cover band ‘The Lonely Hearts Club Band’.
A special thanx to all our donors who made this event possible. Many of you have supported us since our inception in 2009 & we can’t thank you enough. Business & compassion can work together as you’ve proven time & again.
